<----- Anna Claire's Christmas Wish List

I have been working on Anna Claire's Christmas wish list for a few weeks now. I am usually asked what to get her, so I figured posting a list would be nice. She's not old enough yet to tell us what she wants, but it is easy to figure out what she likes now days. She loves to play pretend and loves to help Mommy do whatever it is that I am doing. We have a small vacuum that we use to clean the Kitchen floor and she is big enough now to push it herself and LOVES it. She's seen me spray Lysol around the house, so she will go pick up whatever she can find that looks like a can and will pretend to spray everything in the house while making a "ssshhhh" noise. It is so cute. This is why I have put so many house type items on her list. Anna Claire is quite the little Mommy/Homemaker already. She LOVES Yo Gabba Gabba (TV show on Noggin), but that stuff is hard to find which is why there are only 2 things on the list. She also LOVES Elmo, but doesn't care for the talking ones. The talking Elmo's seem to really freak her out. She also loves books. Every night she will bring Kerry and I a book and say, "read read." She likes Mickey Mouse (she calls him Hot dog bc of the song on MM Club House). She likes Hello Kitty (Kitty Kitty, in her words) and anything girly. (purses, pretend make-up, and SHOES)

Her clothes for winter are sizes 18-24 months and she is wearing between a 5 and 6 in shoes.

Please don't feel obligated to get something off of the list. I just wanted to make it easier for those that would prefer a list to go by. I'll try to keep the listed updated, if we buy something or someone else does. I have marked what Santa is getting her and what Momma (MeMe) has already gotten. If she gets duplicates, it's ok bc she stays at Momma's during the day. The prices are from the Toys R Us website.

Go TiTaNs!!!!

We had a blast at the ballgame Monday night. We've been to our share of Titans games, but this was by far was the most exciting!! I think all Titans games should be played on Monday night. There is nothing like Monday night football!! Plus them winning made it even more exciting!!!!!! I was at the Titans game when the Music City Miracle happened, but I still think the Monday night game was more exciting. It could be the fact that I was talking and not paying attention when the Music City Miracle took place, so I had no clue as to what had just happened, until I watched the re-play. LOL!! Anyway, I didn't take my camera, but I had my cell phone, so here are 2 pics. It was COLD, but my Under Armour, Chris Johnson Jersey, Sweatshirt, and the t-shirt that they were giving away for Code Blue kept me very warm. Please notice the man in the above picture looking at us like we had lost our minds!! That is great!! ; )
The view from our seats!!

I had to add this picture of Anna Claire and Peatie. Since we had to put Maci to sleep, Kerry decided we would give Peatie a bath and let him start staying in the house. Peatie got kicked out of the house after about 2 days bc he chewed up my blinds in the living room and our bedroom. It was funny that he never messed with Anna Claire's blinds, but I could tell he had been looking out her window. He is now an outside dog again, but here is a picture of him and Anna Claire before he got kicked out. She had put her sippy cup beside him and was pretending to put lotion on him. She loved him being in the house, but I cannot afford to replace $230 worth of blinds every week. Sorry Pete.
Is she not the sweetest little person ever!!

Just for Fun........

We've been pretty busy the past few weeks. Kerry is at home at night now, so things stay crazy at our house. Some days I feel like it's a never ending cycle of cooking, washing dishes, picking up toys, etc.... I'm sure you all know what I am talking about. I've been meaning to get Anna Claire outside to take some pictures of her, but I've waited this long I may as well just wait until Friday bc I have to take pictures of her in her Halloween costume. She can say Trick or Treat, when she wants too, but she prefers BOO!! She says, "BOO" at every Halloween decoration she sees.

Here is a picture of her at Wal-Mart with her Me-Me. Obviously by looking at her face, she could not wait until she got home to have a cookie. It makes Mommy so proud when she gets food all over her clothes. LOL!! I actually think this was the day that Momma washed and dried AC's shirt before I got home from work. ; )

Now, ARE YOUR READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A MONDAY NIGHT PARTY!!! (I should be the one singing this on TV~LOL)
Titans vs Colts, tonight at 7:30pm~~Watch for Kerry and I on TV!! Anna Claire will be spending the night with Me-Me and Big Daddy bc Kerry and I have tickets to the game!! We are in sec 132, about the 10 yard line on the Titans side.

Pumpkin Patch Trip!!

Momma, Kerry, Anna Claire, and I went to the Pumpkin Patch Saturday morning. We had a very nice time and it was definitely worth the $5 per person to get in, of course Anna Claire got in free. We saw the goats and calfs, Kerry hula hooped (I promised I wouldn't post the picture), Anna Claire played in the corn, she walked through the maze, went on the hayride, and then skipped rocks at the creek with MeMe and Daddy. It was a very fun morning. If you live in Shelbyville, you should really check it out. http://cedarrockfallfest.com/index.htm
Here are some pictures from our day!!

It's also a GREAT place for pictures!!

We Love You Maci!!

We had to put Maci to sleep on Saturday. It was a TERRIBLE decision, but we know she is in a better place now and pain free. Maci suffered a spinal injury sometime Wednesday night. Cliff and Kerry took her to see Dr. West Thursday. Dr. West gave her some medicine hoping it would start to fix the problem, but Saturday morning I got the call that it was not helping and it was becoming more painful for her. We had the option for surgery in Knoxville, but were told that 12 months after the surgery she may be 50%, if that.
We decided to let her go. Kerry told Dr. West that she was the best dog ever, and she was. Dr. West told Kerry that if we really felt this way, that putting her to sleep was the best decision because it was not fair to her to put her through anymore pain.

She was truly the best dog anyone could ever want. We never imagined Maci playing in her own back yard and getting an injury like this, but Dr. West told us that her back is just like ours. It was a terrible day for us. We went to see Maci before they put her to sleep and said our goodbyes. She was so sweet and through all her pain she managed to stand up to get as close to us as she could. After she was put to sleep, we took her home bc that is truly where she wanted to be. You could see it in her eyes, that she just wanted to go home. Cliff and Kerry buried Maci in the backyard Saturday afternoon.
Rest in Peace Sweet Girl!!! We Love you!!
Anna Claire still runs through the house and yard hollering for you, Mace.

An Angel in Heaven

As many of you know, my Granddaddy passed away on September 27th. We all knew it was coming sooner or later, but it didn't make it any easier bc let's face it, you're never ready for something like that. He was my best childhood friend and I love him more than he can ever imagine.

Rest in Peace Granddaddy
