Easter Sunday.............

Here are the pictures from Easter Sunday.
This is the before picture.

The Shovel.............

After Church with Papa.
She looked so cute, but would only wear the bow when she wanted too. One day we will have enough hair to not have to wear a headband. : )

I'll post a few more later. Everything is running slow right now and I took about 90 pictures Sunday.

Easter Pictures are Coming..........

I just haven't gotten them off my camera yet. Here is our living room after checking out what the Easter Bunny brought Sunday morning.

There is a story behind the yellow grass being all over the floor. The Easter Bunny brought Anna Claire a little red shovel. This was the first thing that she grabbed out of the basket, then it was the yellow grass. Why? So she could scoop it off the floor with her shovel.

Note to the Easter Bunny~ When preparing a basket for an almost 2 year old, all they need is fake grass, a shovel, and a small Elmo car or race car as Anna Claire calls it. Forget the cute Hello Kitty Bunny and everything else. ; )

More on the Easter Egg Hunt.........

At the Easter egg hunt the little ones had their own area and the bigger kids had their area. Anna Claire was hunting with about 4 other children her age. There was this little boy, who I think is older than AC, but much smaller. I'm beginning to think my child is a giant. She is much taller than most children her age. Anyway, the little boy had been in the nursery with her and was in her group for the egg hunt. At one point I pointed to an egg and told Anna Claire to go get it. Well, this little boy came flying over to where I was and picked the egg up. The whole time in my mind I was thinking "you little monster" and then to my surprise he turned around and put it in Anna Claire's basket. It was SO SWEET and I felt terrible for my hateful thought. A few minutes later I pointed to another egg and he came running over their again. At this point I didn't care if he got it bc he had been so sweet to give Anna Claire the other egg. What did he do with the egg? He gave it to Anna Claire!! This has to be one of the sweetest little boys alive!! Anna Claire's Nana saw his parents at church again this week and the little boys Mom informed Nana that he said Anna Claire was his girlfriend. Awwww!!! Noah would be jealous!! LOL!! {The little boy that was kissing my screen door a few weeks ago}

Come on, vĂ¡monos...........

was what Anna Claire said to me Sunday morning. In my sleepy haze, I was rather shocked. Later on in the car on the way to church she continued to sing, in her own little way, the rest of the Dora the Explorer song.

She was very excited to go to church Sunday morning bc she was going to get to "PLAY IN THE BALLS" and then there was an Easter egg hunt after church. They have a plastic pool full of balls in the nursery and Anna Claire loves it. She told me over and over that she was going to "PLAY IN THE BALLS" in the car and then when we got to church she told every person that talked to her.

After church Anna Claire got to participate in her very first Easter Egg hunt. Easter was in March last year and Anna Claire wasn't quiet ready for an Easter egg hunt yet. She was just starting to take a few steps last year. This year though, she was ready!! MeMe, Big Daddy, Nana, and Papa all stayed at church with us after the services, to help and watch her. My little Priss was the only one with her sunglasses on and she would only pick up the eggs that she liked. Her Papa thought it was hilarious that she was being so particular about which eggs she picked up. Papa is helping her in this picture.

Here she is trying to show Big Daddy and Papa her eggs. Big Daddy was in charge of Nana's purse bc Nana was working her camera too.

MeMe was helping her in the last 3 pictures.

She May be a Diva........

I have to re-paint Anna Claire's finger nails and toe nails every weekend. This child will not sit still for anything, but when it's time to take the polish off and re-paint she will sit as still as can be. Once I get her finger nails painted, she will hold her hands up in the air while they dry.

She has decided she will pick her own shirt out every morning bc for some reason starting this week, I just can't seem to pick the right shirt out.

Yesterday afternoon as I was pulling in the driveway, Kerry was coming across the yard with Anna Claire. Noah (3 yrs) and Hunter (I'm guessing 5) came running when they saw Kerry. Kerry took Anna Claire on in to the house bc it was chilly outside, so she was standing at the screen door. I had to ask Noah and Hunter to move so I could get in the door bc they had their faces smashed up against the screen door talking to AC. I then turned to look and noticed Noah kept kissing my screen door, you know the cute little 3 year old kisses. AC had gone and got my brown heels and was wearing them at the screen door saying "hey boys". This lasted about 15 minutes. They went home right as Daddy picked up the phone to call Noah's Daddy to tell him to get the "bar rats", as he called them, away from his screen door. LOL!!

Daddy was none to pleased to have little boys at his screen door already.
